The park and gardens are open from 8:00 to 20:00.
It is managed and maintained by the Parks and Open Spaces Division of the Greater Angers Area Council.
Pignerolle Estate covers a total area of over 70 hectares.
It is one of the most beautiful sites in the Angers area, with its castle, its reception lounge and its park and gardens listed on the French Heritage Register.
Here time seems to take a break, thanks to French-style gardens, hydrangea-lined footpaths, ancient trees, playgrounds for children and picnic areas.
Located at the heart of the parkland, the château de Pignerolle hosts the Museum of Communication, whose collection and quality of display are praised in many tourist guides (2 stars in the Michelin’s Guide Vert)
Just a step away from the Museum, the Orangery is a refined and majestic building that can be rented by companies or associations looking for an outstanding place to celebrate special occasions. Ten minutes from the city centre, the château de Pignerolle is one of the most popular choices in the Angers area when it comes to organizing special events.
